Polka Dots and Happy Faces

I think this ensemble was subliminally inspired by one of my fave designers, Jeremy Scott, who is known for his humorous prints and iconographic references. (Did you know that Lagerfeld once told a French newspaper that Scott can be the only one to replace him at Chanel? Ya, Karl gets it.) So I give you, a bow tie, polka dot top and happy face mini skirt. I can't help but feel happy, when I'm literally wearing my emotions on my skirt.
